A waiter delivers to the suite door the breakfast the guest ordered from her phone, with the QR totem on the side table

The mechanics

How QR code ordering works. From the code to the service, in one gesture.

The flow

Four steps: Scan, Menu, Order, Delivery.

Light for the guest: scan a code and order from the phone's browser, with no app to download and no account to create. Governable for the property: every order arrives already routed, with the exact location.

  1. 01

    Scan

The guest scans the QR code of their own location: the totem on the side table, the code in the room, the one on the restaurant table. A page opens in the phone's browser. No app, no account.

  2. 02

    Menu

The digital menu opens in the guest's language, with photographs of the dishes and allergen information: it is multilingual without anyone translating out loud. Besides food and drink it can carry bookable services and experiences.

  3. 03

    Order

The guest builds the order in a few taps and closes it with integrated payment or a room charge. The order is written from the start: no verbal ticket, no double entry.

  4. 04

    Delivery

The order reaches your team routed to the right station — bar, kitchen, floors — and geolocated by position. Whoever serves already knows where to go.

Two sides

What the guest sees, and what your team sees.

The guest

An object and a page. A totem carrying the property's mark, and a menu that opens in two seconds in their own language. Nothing to install, nothing to register, no password to remember, nobody to call.

A beach club bartender tears off a thermal printer ticket for an order placed by QR, beside the tablet showing the order queue

Your team

A queue of orders with the location, the department and what is needed. Nothing transcribed, nothing repeated at the bar, nothing held in memory. The time that goes into collecting orders goes back into hosting.

A seaside hotel manager checks the sales chart on a tablet in the lobby

Management

The day as it happens: what is being ordered, where, which locations are active — and every area at once, instead of one at a time.

The ordering point

The QR code becomes an object, not a sticker.

The code lives on something made to stay in view without intruding: a compact, free-standing black vertical plaque with the property's mark at the top, the invitation to order, and the QR code for that location. Totems are made to order and customised to the property. QR totems for hotels and beach clubs

Our method

Three steps, taken with you.

  1. 01

    Property review

You walk us through the property on a video call and we map the locations together: rooms and suites, loungers, umbrellas, tables, terraces, common areas, following the numbering you already use.

  2. 02

    Tailored setup

We load the menu ourselves, in the languages you need, with photographs and allergens; we configure the areas and bring the design onto your brand, totems included.

  3. 03

    Support in the first services

We support your team through the first services, when it is decided whether a system gets used or worked around.

For properties that operate by season, the contract follows the season.

Request a demo

A demo on your menu, in your own spaces.

You tell us how service is organised; we show you how it would work at your property. It is a video call of around 20 minutes with our team. You see both sides: the property's, with orders arriving already routed, and the guest's, ordering from a phone.

Request your demo

We will get back to you to schedule the video call.
