1. Data controller

2. What data we process

Data you send us. When you fill in the «Request a demo» form or write to us by email, we process the data you provide: full name, name and type of property, role, email address, phone number and the content of your message.

Browsing data. Like any website, the systems running this site collect some technical data (for example IP address, browser type, pages visited, date and time of the request). It is used only to run the site and keep it secure.

3. Why we process it and on what legal basis

To answer your request, arrange the demo and send you the information you ask for: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, «GDPR»).

To keep the site working and secure: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

To comply with legal obligations: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

We do not use your data to send you marketing without your consent, and we never sell it.

4. How long we keep it

Data sent through the form or by email is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any relationship that follows, and in any case no longer than 24 months from the last contact, unless the law requires longer. Browsing data is kept only as long as strictly needed for technical and security purposes.

5. Who can access the data

The data is processed by authorised staff of Gea Servizi Srl and by suppliers who help us run the website and email (for example the hosting and email provider), appointed as processors where required. The data is not disclosed to the public.

If a supplier processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer takes place with the safeguards required by the GDPR.

6. Your rights

You can ask at any time for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest (Arts. 15–22 GDPR). Write to info@oorders.it.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).

Providing your data is optional, but without the fields marked as required we cannot answer your demo request.
