Four- and five-star hotels and resorts
Mobile ordering and in-room dining for hotels and resorts. Room service, breakfast in the room, experiences to book: several menus, from the same QR code in the room.
The problem
A guest rarely orders twice.
Guests scan the QR code in the room and order from their own phone, with no app to download. Your team receives each order already routed, with the room number to charge.
Calling reception, waiting for someone to answer, repeating the order in another language, leafing through a paper menu on the bedside table: every extra step is an order that never happens.
In a high-end hotel that distance costs twice. It costs the second order, the one that never reaches the folio. And it costs the memory: a phone ringing on and on at reception is exactly the detail a guest recounts afterwards.
The answer is not to add a step. It is to remove the one that is already there.
For the management team
Room service reaches the guest, not the other way round.
- 01
Every room becomes a point of sale
Rooms and suites order at any hour of service, with no extra phone line to staff and no paper menus to reprint.
- 02
Your team stops taking down orders
The order arrives written and routed to the kitchen or the bar, with the room number: on the thermal printer or on the Oorders panel, from any device.
- 03
The menu sells when nobody is there to sell
Multilingual menu with photographs and allergens, sold-out dishes marked in real time. Upselling stops depending on who answers the phone.
- 04
Room charge without paperwork
With the hotel's management system integrated, the order goes onto the room folio by itself. Otherwise the guest pays the way the property chooses.
Discretion
After dark, luxury means not being disturbed.
After dinner every request costs the guest more than it would at noon. Dessert in the suite, a bottle on ice, tomorrow's boat trip: each starts as a silent gesture on the phone and arrives at the right department, with the room number already attached.
